Law of Large Data Breaches

The law of large data breaches is a hypothesis that eventually some subset of data stored online is breached. Each subset is non-deterministic, but approaches one with an infinite time. This is related to the law of large numbers that states that large samples are closer to true probability, i.e. roulette wheel in the casino over 10,000 samples.
